Terms of Use

This page sets out the terms under which you read the pages of www.empathph.com, and it describes only what the build of this site actually verified. Where something could not be verified, the page says so plainly rather than filling the gap with borrowed wording.

Limits

These terms name no company, no owner, no governing law, no court and no complaints procedure. The reason is simple: the build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. Without any of these, these terms cannot promise you a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty. Inventing one would give you an address that leads nowhere, which is worse than an honest blank.

There is also no registration, no account and no way to submit anything.

Publication

This site is a static publication. Every page is a file built in advance and delivered from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it and no form, input field or upload control of any kind. Reading a page here is reading a fixed document, much like opening a printed leaflet.

The published inventory is fixed when the site is built: the sitemap lists 7 addresses. Each page carries machine-readable publication and modification dates in its structured data. The modification date, 2026-10-29, matches the value the sitemap publishes, so you can tell exactly which version of the text you are reading and when it was issued.

Everything a page loads, including styles, scripts, fonts and images, comes from this domain. No third-party server is contacted while a page is being displayed.

If you request an address that does not exist here, you receive a page marked so that search engines neither index nor follow it, and it immediately forwards you to the home page. A mistyped or expired link therefore cannot turn into a separate page that appears to speak for this site.

Destinations

Clicking a link that leads away from this domain takes you to a separate site. That site is not part of this publication, and nothing on these pages binds it. Any account, deposit, agreement or dispute begins there, under that destination's own terms. Those terms are the only ones that bind anybody in that relationship, so read them before you register or pay.

  • Check the date on any page before relying on it.
  • Treat an outbound link as the start of a new relationship with a different party.
  • Look for contact details and dispute rules on the destination itself, because this site publishes none.
